Shipping Policy

At The Bug Buddy, we ensure your wellness essentials reach you safely and in time. All our orders are fully insured and shipped through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, ExpressBee, and DTDC for a hassle-free delivery experience.

For COD (cash on delivery) orders, the delivery agent will call you before arriving. If you're unavailable at delivery time, you can either reschedule directly with the courier service provider or collect your order from their nearest hub.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen delays from the courier service provider or your unavailability at delivery time. While we do our best to avoid such situations, we appreciate your understanding in these rare cases.

All our shipments are expected to be delivered to PAN India within 3 to 7 business days.
