Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policy
At The Bug Buddy, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for every customer. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will help you.
1. Refund & Exchange
We only offer refunds and/or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. In any circumstances, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange beyond 7 days of the product delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

Intact original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

The ordered product is out of stock

Your delivery location is unserviceable

The returned product meets all eligibility criteria

You were charged twice for the same order
Exclusion Criteria

The returned product is tampered with or damaged

The shipping address provided during order placement was incorrect

The product is partially consumed

The return guidelines are unfollowed
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Refund Approval & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
What should you do in case of delayed or missing refunds?

Contact your card service provider. It may take additional time before the refund is officially credited.

Refunds for COD Orders
We will process the refund for COD orders to your bank account within 14 working days upon a valid request. Please ensure the accuracy of the submitted bank details to avoid further delays.
2. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@thebugbuddy.com. Once you hear back from us, send the product to the following address:

3. Exempted Goods (Non-Refundable Items)
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Gift cards

Health and personal care items

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error

Items returned after 7 days of the delivery date
4. Returns
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken

The package is compromised

You received the wrong product

You received an expired product

The order is incomplete or has missing items
Returns will be rejected if:

The product is opened, used, or altered

Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing

The request is made more than 10 days after delivery

The issue reported is beyond 10 days from delivery

The reason for return is unrelated to manufacturing or delivery errors
How can you submit a return request?
Please write to info@thebugbuddy.com within 7 days of receiving the item, including below information:

Supporting images/videos as proof
We will review your request and respond within 24 working hours. If the product is deemed unusable or genuinely damaged, we may advise you to discard it and will provide a replacement accordingly.
Return Pickup and Self-Shipping
We offer reverse pickup services. Upon an approved return request, our customer success representative will schedule a pickup within the following 2 days.
If our delivery partner is unavailable for reverse pickup in your vicinity, we may ask you to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. In such cases, we shall reimburse the shipping charges for pre-approved cases.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only while it is in the transit phase. To do so, email us your product details along with the reason for cancellation at info@thebugbuddy.com. Once acknowledged, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The cancellation tab will automatically close once the order has been shipped.
